Coloween 2024 is hosting Colorado's largest costume contest, offering a $10,000 prize to the most creative and elaborate outfits. To participate, guests must pre-register for the contest, ensuring a spot in this highly competitive and entertaining event. While we don’t require our guests to follow the theme, our staff and performers will be decked out in Coloween’s 2024 Theme: Welcome to the Jungle! Our visuals and decor will also be in the theme to transform your entire experience into a Denver Halloween event to remember. One of the most common questions…Coloween will feature theatrical entertainment and Halloween-themed decor throughout 50,000 sq/ft of Denver Halloween fun. Coloween 2024 will feature a massive festival-inspired main stage with headline DJs creating an unrivaled dance party experience in multiple locations throughout the venue. Coloween is a 21+ only event, and typically sees an age demographic of 24-43, although all ages over 21 are welcome! Coloween offers a great mix of club-style DJs playing multiple genres, including  EDM, House, hip-hop, top 40, remixes, and club bangers.

Yes, toy or replica weapons (guns, knives, swords, etc.) are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated at the door. If your costume has these types of objects attached to it and you cannot remove them, you will be asked to leave the event.

Other Prohibited items

• Large bags (14x6x14 or larger or bags with more than 2 zippers)
• Outside food and beverage
• Dangerous costumes and accessories – real knives, items with sharp objects
• Any object that could be considered a projectile
• Fake guns OR plastic weapons
• Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lens
• Weapons
• Totems or large poles (including flag-poles)
• Laser pointers
• Aerosol or pressurized cans
• Air horns or other noise
• Glass bottles
• Whistles
• Fireworks

Costumes are HIGHLY Recommended. If you show up in no costume, consider that you will have no fun and are a threat to everyone elses good time. Don’t be that guy.

Denver Stockyards does have public parking lot onsite that is $20 charged by the City of Denver. Plenty of parking spaces will be available as it’s a very big lot. However, please, no drinking and driving! We highly encourage using ride shares such as Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver if you plan to consume alcohol. There is a ride share drop off/ pick up onsite!

Prices will increase as the date gets closer, so don’t wait, buy your tickets now and get the best price! Contact us if you have a group of 10 or more for a discount.

This year’s facility is completely handicapped accessible. It has a state of the art elevator as well. There is handicap parking in the front designated first come first serve.

We know life happens and sometimes you can’t make the event, however Coloween does not offer refunds for ticket purchases for any reason. You can sell your ticket to a friend, on a marketplace, or use our Sell Ticket feature by doing the following:

• Log into www.ticketfairy.com
• Top right hand corner you will see a button that says “My Tickets”
• Click on your Coloween Denver Halloween Party ticket
• They will then see the option to “Sell Ticket” or “Sell Order”
  • Either will work if it’s only one ticket in the order, if there are multiple and you click on Sell Order, it’s going to put all tickets in the order for sale.
• It will then ask if you want to sell to someone you know or if you want to put the ticket on the waitlist.
• You will follow the prompts from there depending on which option you’ve chosen.This year’s facility is completely handicapped accessible. It has a state of the art elevator as well. There is handicap parking in the front designated first come first serve.

YES, ​you MUST bring your valid ID to enter the event. Valid driver’s licenses, passports, military IDs, and other government-issued picture IDs are accepted. This event is 21+ and serves alcohol.

YES, ​coat check will be $10 includes tip and available at the venue. Although we encourage you to not use coat check if you don’t absolutely need it. Because of the size of the event, it’s very hard to manage coat check for thousands of people.
